Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using machine learning techniques.
3. Develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
4. Design and train machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
5. Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of AI/ML, and apply them to enhance existing models or develop new approaches.
6. Designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
8. Researching to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.
9. Optimizing existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
10. Developing and maintaining AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
11. Developing clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
12. Contributing to the establishment of best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.

1. Must have 0-2 years of experience in AI/ML
2. You have a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
3. You have solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
4. You are proficient in Python and have experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
5. You have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
6. You are familiar with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
7. You have experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
8. You are familiar with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
9. You know software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
10. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
11. You have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
SalaryProbation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 – 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 2,40,000 /year
